RIX North America will use and share the information we collect from you for the above-stated Purposes.  Third parties we share the information that you provide to us via this Site may include any member of the RIX CORPORATION family of companies and affiliates, subcontractors and vendors under contractual agreements with us to help us fulfill the stated Purposes, shippers, credit bureaus, and website administrators, etc.  We will also share your information as required or requested by governmental authorities and as necessary in a good faith attempt to prevent injury, crime, and fraud.  We reserve the right to share your information with governmental authorities without a subpoena, where allowed by law.  We will not share or sell your information for third party marketing purposes.

NOTE: If you provide Testimonial Information for purposes of assisting us with marketing our products and services, you expressly consent to our ownership of such information and to our use of such information for marketing purposes, according to our Site Terms and Conditions.  If we publish Testimonial Information, including photographs, testimonials, questions, or other material that you submit to us for potential publication, you consent that we may identify you as the source of such material by user name, first name, or company name, along with your city and state of residence, as noted on any applicable submission page.
